"Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer grandiosen Umgebung. Die Nähe zur Stadt Todi und die schöne Lage in den Hügeln um die Stadt ist wunderbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit dem weitläufigen Grundstück und dem großen Pool ist sehr gut. In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal. "Un très bel extérieur avec de beaux arbres, une belle piscine (le piscinier passe tous les jours nettoyer), un barbecue, un four à pizza. Une grande terrasse couverte de vie. Un intérieur qui mélange le bon et le moins bon. Des chambres bien meublées, des SDB, mais un agencement peu ergonomique. Maison en deux partis, Trois petits frigidaires à trois endroits différents par exemple. Cuisines peu pratiques Salons vieillot. Mais pour l'été, cela n'impacte que très peu. "Siamo stati in tre famiglie in questa bella casa con piscina. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e molto accoglienti. La casa si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia ma anche dei bellissimi villaggi medievali come Todi, Montefalco, Bevania, ecc La casa ha tre appartamenti separati con ingresso indipendente, ma c’e Una grande cucina in cui noi siamo stati in 11 senza problemi (colazione ma’ anche quando la sera faceva più fresco). Consiglieró sicuramente ad altri...

" An impressive property which sadly does not quite live up to the discription. The furnishings are all very tired, the kitchen chaotic, the cleanliness not up to scratch and the worst of all, NO WIFI, although this is promised. Self catering means different things in different villas, in this one, the very basics are provided to last for one day!! A shame, when with a bit more effort and concern for the travellers this really could be a superb property."

"Our villa was a traditional building but with more modern facilities which was a perfect mix. Set high in the hills with a magnificent view it was a wonderful location once you got used to driving up there!! Quiet grounds, a good sized outside eating area and a lovely pool made it an ideal holiday venue for our extended family. We all loved it."

"We were a party of 14 adults who arrived during a thunder storm. The owner was there to meet us, show us around and advise on dinner etc. The surrounding view and area is stunning, peaceful and in the countryside. The rooms are large with en suites. The kitchen is more than adequate for self catering. This property is a must, thank you for letting us stay."
