"Maya Ubud genuinely felt like heaven. It is one of those places where the setting is as much a part of the experience as the hotel itself. The resort is surrounded by nature, rice fields, forest and the river valley, so it feels incredibly peaceful and removed from everything even though you are still close to Ubud. Walking around the property was an experience on its own. We stayed in the Maya Presidential Villa and the photos online honestly do not do it justice. It is enormous, around 950 square meters, and feels much more like having a beautiful private home in the middle of nature than staying in a hotel villa. The space, privacy, pool and surroundings really need to be experienced in person. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay, always warm, thoughtful and attentive. We had friends over one evening and the team prepared a private BBQ dinner for us at the villa. A special shoutout to Yoga or Yogal, who took care of us for the BBQ and made the evening especially memorable. Maya actually offers this as an in villa grill experience with a private chef, and I would definitely recommend doing it if you are staying in one of the villas. I genuinely did not want to leave. If you are coming to Ubud and want somewhere that feels peaceful, immersed in nature and completely different from a normal resort, Maya is very special. I would come back without hesitation."

"Our stay at the villa was absolutely unforgettable, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. From start to finish, the communication was immaculate, making our entire trip seamless and stress-free. The villa itself was beautiful, exceptionally well-maintained, and perfectly clean. It is truly immersed in the most scenic surroundings, offering a peaceful escape while still being incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is fantastic, packed with wonderful places to shop and eat. What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. Desi, Tia, and Mitha went above and beyond, providing friendly and helpful assistance with all of our accommodations. They also arranged excellent drivers for us who were very nice and highly knowledgeable about the best sights to see. The drivers even made thoughtful additional stops along our routes so we could experience even more of Bali’s beautiful culture and scenery. We cannot thank the team enough and can't wait to return!"

"The room we stayed in had a . charm, with an artsy feel. it was not like the normal cookie cutter hotel room, The pool is smaller but adequate. Where this property excels is the location and the garden area that you walk through. We also sampled a massage which was very relaxing. I recommend for people wanting a quiet, relaxing time away from the busy streets around you"

"The experience of staying at Bali Bohemia was not 5 Stars but 10 Stars. The location is excellent, the Service went above and beyond. The rooms and Bed are superior. Resturant was delicious. And if you need transportation ask them to schedule you with, Pak Moyo. I wish I knew more people as gracious and kind like him. He is the reason the trip was a success."
