"The room was not fully cleaned. No bag for ice bucket. Shower had some hair in it and the finish was gone in spots down to through the gel coat. Breakfast was ok."

"My check-in was EXCELLENT! Associate was friendly and efficient!! Great experience. I arrived at night, it was dark outside. As far as I could see everything was very well maintained. It was raining the next morning ... but again, property appeared very well maintained. I requested to be on main floor, with minimal walking due to mobility concerns and my need were accommodated nicely, my needs were met. Room was very clean, comfortable and in good repair. Great experience, I highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I am in the area; very convenient to interstate."
