"We absolutely loved staying here, the view overlooking Taal was breathtaking, both at bedtime and upon waking. It would have been perfect if there were stools and a small table on the balcony to fully enjoy the scenery, but that’s a minor detail. The staff were exceptional… always welcoming us with a smile, thoughtful, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this place! Rooms on the 7th floor and above offer a clear, unobstructed view of Taal. We’ll definitely be back. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, and kettle. We even borrowed cutlery and small plates so we could celebrate my mum’s birthday with cake, such a nice touch! Oh and let me mention the Breakfast here- it’s worth the price. Delightful everyday with so much selection. It caters to both Filipinos & western taste. So close to great restaurants like BalayDako, RSM & the famous Starbucks overlooking Taal. The hotel itself has a passage to go to a smaller Starbucks & shopping mall beside it. So convenient. Loads of parking space. Highly recommend this place to family & friends "

"The room is ok,but need more enhancement for a comfortable place to rest,it seems linens,pillow and pillowcases are somehow old..Cannot use the pool because this is not maintained hygienically,presence.of greenish something discoloration,there is presence of mold underneath..thank you.."

"The property was very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient. You can easily walk or take a tricycle to the SM Mall. It felt a little weird walking through a furniture store to get to the rooms but after the first day, it did not matter. The front desk staff was average, not rude but also not very friendly. The restaurant staff at Paul's provided excellent service! The Restaurant and Estelle's cafe were very convenient and had good options for dining. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a affordable, clean, convenient and cozy stay while in Lipa City. "

"The property is about 20 mins drive to Tagaytay which is not too bad considering that a hotel stay in Tagaytay is just for a place to sleep after spending time roaming around the city. With the reasonable price this place is a good find. We took a room that sleeps 7 with a private room, so we have a plenty of room for 5. Staff is very helpful and accommodating as well."

"The beach is surely the highlight of this resort. While it is showing signs of age, it still offers plenty to do for families. The bouncing castle in the beach is a winner but not for the faint hearted. The breakfast buffet was good as I did not expect a wide variety as the rates were also very affordable. "
