"Fabulous location, walkable to the Boardwalk and surrounding restaurants! The room was a good size, nice to have a mini kitchen to do some easy cooking. Nice size refrigerator. Views were amazing!!! (We were on the 3rd floor). Not so great, the floors were dirty. It’s such a small area, why are the floors never CLEAN?!! Porch had 2 chairs, but room accommodates 4, so it would be awesome to have at least 4 chairs so everyone can sit and enjoy the view. And include a small side table. Still, we all (a family of 4), enjoyed our stay. "
