Laboa is a quiet home located a stone's throw from the center of the coastal town of Lekeitio and a 5-minute walk from Isuntza beach. It does not have parking, but it is easy to leave the car next to the house for a while before arrival, since parking is free next to the house all year round, and the town's free deterrant park is less than 10 minutes away walking. Access to the home is from Laboa Street at portal number 6. It is a first floor with an elevator located in a quiet residential area of the town and has a supermarket (Eroski) very close.



An excellent option to enjoy the wonders of Lekeitio, which has excellent beaches, a port with a sea flavor, which you can savor in the excellent restaurants that are next to the same boats that bring the best fish in the area, guided by the the only visitable lighthouse in Euskadi and flanked by the island of Garraitz which you can access only at low tide. One with a 1.50m double bed and another smaller one with two bunk beds with 0.80m beds, ideal for a couple with children, both with a closet to store clothes. It has a bright room with views of the typical green Basque countryside, with two sofas to enjoy relaxing inside the house. It has a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with white tones that provide light and a pistachio-colored countertop that adds color to the environment. It is well equipped, with everything necessary to cook and clean what is used to enjoy the meals prepared there, as it has an oven, microwave, vitro hob, dishwasher... It also has a small balcony where you can breathe air cool.
