"We had a delightful stay at Hotel Arimune. Although it wasn’t quite warm enough for the beach, we loved having it right at our doorstep. The room was clean & very comfortable. Unai served a delicious breakfast & provided recommendations of other towns to explore in the region. Definitely recommend a stay here for anyone visiting Bakio!"

"I have no idea why this place has mixed reviews - I thought it was excellent. Location was amazing - right in the town centre - the room was bright and clean and actually really nice- of course there was a buzz and hubbub from the street below but it didn't go in ridiculously late or detract from a good night's sleep, the beds and pillow were comfy, everything was fine. In addition, the hostel has a fast lift, the auto check-in works like a dream; the price was good (around 60€ for 2 pax) and messages were generally answered quickly via the Hotels app. It would perhaps be useful to be told that luggage sent ahead will be left on the 2nd floor terrace near the reception desk - we had a brief panic on arrival, not having had that info, but a WhatsApp message sorted things out within a few minutes. There is a launderette directly opposite the hostel (think it said it closes at 8.30pm). "

"The room had two bedrooms and four beds for two of us. Super spacious (more space than we expected) and comfortable. The bathroom had a newly renovated, modern look and felt pleasant. We had a good night sleep and quite pleased with our stay. "
