"Der var meget indelukket i kælderen, hvor de 2 af badeværelserne er. Trappen til kælderen var meget stejl og bestemt ikke egnet til folk der er knæopereret. Det badeværelse der er i stueplan delte vi med et andet værelse. Der var tis på brættet, brættet sad kun fast i den ene side og kun 1 lille håndklæde, der var smurt ind i tandpasta eller lign. Der var kun en meget tyndt gardin, der bestemt ikke kunne lukke dagslys ude."

Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property.
