"**Very Disappointing Stay – Not the Marriott Standard**
I was very disappointed with my stay at Moxy Dublin Docklands. As a Marriott Bonvoy member who has stayed at Marriott hotels many times, I expected much better.
The air conditioning is controlled by the front desk, and guests cannot set it below 19°C. The room was not properly cleaned, with a lot of hair on the floor, and the towels were old and discolored.
We requested two extra pillows, but they never arrived until we asked a second time...
