フロントの女性はとても親切でした。 館内全体、お部屋の掃除はあまり綺麗とは言えずソファベットはまっすぐでなく弧を描くように曲がっていてとても眠れるようなものではありませんでした。 朝食は胃部屋に運ばれてくるものですが取り立てて美味しいものではなかったです。 せめてコーヒーなどに飲み物を魔法瓶でサービスしていただけたらと思いました。

Um postiv zu beginnen: das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal ist sehr nett. Was hat mich (sehr) gestört: SchlafGut ist sicherlich ein Wunsch, aber weit weh von der Realität. Es ist SEHR laut und hellhörig. Die Klimaanlage muss man einzeln dazu buchen(!). Habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt und man sagt dies nicht beim Check-In. Steht auch nicht an der Klimaanlage oder irgendwo im Zimmer. (Wahrscheinlich irgendwo versteckt in der Bestätigungsemail...) Das ZImmer wurde so heiß, dass ich praktisch keinen Schlaf finden konnte. Fenster aufmachen war auch keine gute Option, weil mehrere Hauptstraßen direkt davor verlaufen inkl. Straßenbahn. Das bringt mich zurück zur Rezeption: an der Tür steht bis 20:00 - aber ab 18:00 ist zu. Also insgesamt keine Empfehlung von mir. Es gibt viele Hotels in Leispzig - sucht Euch ein anderes als dieses.
