"My stay at the Hancock was excellent. The hotel lobby is beautiful and very clean. Likewise, the rooms were updated, clean, and hospitable. We found chocolate pretzels from a local chocolate shop on our beds. The location makes walking to dinner a breeze. I highly recommend if you are in the area. The only negative experience I can note was that our rooms stayed a little too warm no matter what I changed on the thermostat. "

There was considerable noise from the room above us that sounded like furniture being moved late at night and early in the morning. When occupancy is low, it would be good to leave vacant rooms right over occupied rooms. Limited dining options on the property or nearby. "
