Just above the A8 near Stuttgart airport you can find the parking that stretches over the highway. Great place for car light trails, best photographed at the blue hour. Here after sunset, never tried if pre sunrise could also work.

Radisson Blu Hotel At Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart

"This is a beautiful hotel and if you love Porsche it is a great place to stay. NOTE: IT IS NOT BY THE PORSCHE MUSEUM. IT IS BY THE DESIGN OFFICES OF PORSCHE AND THEIR MAIN DEALERSHIP!! However it is a quick train or cab ride ($18-25 cab to the museum.) The restaurant and bar are beautiful. The view is lovely. The food was okay and the service was honestly awful. They tried but I don’t think their team work was on point. Potential though… "
