"The property is easily accesible, where the main building is just on the side of the main road. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, everything was explained to us clearly. The kitchen and bathroom were well maintained, the only downside was that the cabin is not newly decorated and has shown its age at some places. Otherwise, this is highly recommended for family and friends to stay close to the nature of Norway in an enjoyable way."

"What a beautiful valley on the fjord! The cabin has a fantastic view out over Ortnevik to the Sognefjord. It really is stunning. We went on a couple of short hikes around the valley and totally enjoyed them. The cabin itself is comfortable with all the facilities you will need. There is a small store in Ortnevik where you can get groceries but be aware that it has limited opening hours so check with the host. "We loved staying here. The view is unreal and the house offers quite a bit of space. Traveling with two toddlers it was exactly what we needed. We had a small hiccup with check-in, but the locals are so friendly and helped us out. Our host was super accommodating and even drove us to the grocery store last minute on Saturday so we could do some shopping since they would be closed on Sunday. "Such an amazing and helpful staff with many extra ammenties to ensure complete enjoyment of the fjord and surrounding area with row boats and bicycles. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and well appointed. We got the bonus of seeing many orcas feeding on fjord during breakfast. "
