"I thought property done a great job upgrading and improving in the inside.Rooms were really nice and you got a safe and a fridge which was a nice touch.Also fitness/spa centre which came free with your stay was lovely as we used the swimming pool few times."

"Great stay for 3 nights. Fir a city centre hotel it was very quiet. Staff we encountered were all very friendly. Didn't have breakfast at hotel. But several small cafes within 3 mins walk Would definitely stay there again "

"We booked the hotel as we were attending a wedding nearby. When we arrived we went to the lounge for tea. I was in awe of the two ladies on the reception/bar. They were probably doing the job of 4 people and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and we had a great couple of nights sleep! If we ever need to stay in the area again I would gladly return."

"We had a great experience. We opted for some balloons as a surprise for a birthday, which we’re waiting in one of the rooms upon check-in. Our check-in experience was personalised, with staff referencing what we’d done during the day, as it was noted on the pre check-in competed online, as we were arriving late. Nice to have a city hotel with a pool, sauna and steam room, which made for a nice start to the following day. Breakfast was great, with hot food made to order, along with honey from the hives on the roof of the hotel - a great touch. "

Had no complaints with the hotel the staff were lovely, rooms were comfortable and immaculate didn’t hear a sound from anybody during our stay, lovely hotel very reasonable would recommend."
