"Perfect location for traveling at Gatwick located just outside of security in the south terminal. Very clean and convenient for early morning flights. The rooms are very quiet and allow for rest when traveling. "

"The captain cook is a lovely unique bar and restaurant. The rooms are decorated with really nice “ship” touches. The manager was very welcoming and enjoyable to meet. Will be staying again as my son attending university at Imperial so handy for being close to the city yet still good for parking."

"This is a fun place to stay. I booked a safari-themed family room to sleep 5 even though it was just me staying. Room rate included parking, breakfast and use of the pool. Room was a little tired but clean and perfectly fine for an overnight stay. There’s no overhead light in the bedroom area (just the corridor by the door) so it could be a challenge if you plan to read, etc. There’s a fridge in the room which can be a little noisy but I slept fine with my usual earplugs. The bunk beds had complimentary Freddo frog chocolates so I enjoyed those. The pool is a lovely bonus. It wasn’t busy when I stayed as it was a weekday during school term. There’s a bar and two restaurants. The food options are mostly burgers, pizzas and ‘from the grill’ options. Not much for a vegetarian so I chose the two cocktails for £18 option and had packed snacks back in my room. While this isn’t aimed at the single adult overnight stay, I’d definitely stay again. Nice people and a fun place to stay. It cost the same as a more standard B&B which wouldn’t have given me the chance to see giraffes and zebras at breakfast. I met other single travellers who also felt this was a bargain midweek and much better than a standard hotel. Everyone was leaving happy in the morning. "

"Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value."

"Housekeeping was a bit iffy, had a dirty bed but told front desk and was fixed within the half hour. Front desk was the kindest people, great area!"
