"We had a good stay here, the room was spacious and had 3 bathrooms. The carpet crinkled when you walked on it but otherwise it felt clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options, and very attentive staff. Being an airport hotel we didnt notice any noise or hear any planes. "

"The Location is great right at the central station. So when traveling via public transport it is very easy to get around. I also traveled to Dusseldorf which was a direct train from central station which took around 30 minutes. The hotel staff were amazing. I went in to see what time was earliest I could check in and was able to check in earlier than my time as the room was ready. It meant I could freshen up and get on with the day to visit Dusseldorf. Brilliant staff. I had Kim who was able to give me a plug converter European to UK as I forgot to bring my own and it would have been difficult to find a store who sold it, as it was nearing 8pm as when most supermarkets close. The room was clean, the bed was decent too. The only thing is the room was really warm and no air conditioning. They do however have a fan in the room which you can use. Brilliant location as many places are walkable distances or very easy public transport routes from central station. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience and traveling around. "

"The hotel is well appointed with a seperate drive in entrance. There are a LOT of rooms here, but all are large for a city centre hotel. Well decorated, comfy bed and modern bathroom. Only minor point is that the lift is a little complicated to operate. You'll see what I mean. And all the TV stations were in German, no other languages available. There was a bit of a queue at check in but the staff dealt with it well. A big smile on the guy at check out so very friendly. I would recommend this hotel."

"This is so convenient to the train station. The rooms are modern yet compact. It was very quiet. The staff was very helpful in pointing out places to eat and what to see. We were very impressed."

Ein grosses Kompliment an Herr Kabbani der wieder einmal mehr gezeigt hat, was Gastfreundlichkeit bedeutet. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werden das Steigenberger gerne wieder besuchen. "
