The Guesthouse at Durrant Farms

We are an eco-friendly farmstay just 25 minutes from downtown Asheville, NC. Stay in our comfortable and stylish guesthouse with expansive mountain views. Shop homemade and local products on site and on our online store!
Warm and sunny private 1b1b guesthouse apartment with balcony, full kitchen, and washer/dryer in unit. Enjoy both pastural and mountain views as you sip your morning coffee and unwind with the relaxing sounds of the rural landscape. The space is best suited for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people when using the pull-out couch in the living room.
Guests have access to the guesthouse apartment and included parking area. Guests are also welcome to explore our property including the shared garden and entertainment area near the waterfall.
We live on our alpaca farm just 15 minutes down the road, so if you're in need of anything or want to come meet our alpacas, don't hesitate to reach out!

We will include farm fresh eggs, bread, milk and butter for you to make your own breakfast. If you want a picnic experience with the alpacas, you can choose our signature add-on, 'brunch with the alpacas!' Please let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions! We look forward to hosting you.
