"We had the best stay ever! The front desk staff was exceptional, especially the young woman from South Africa and the other woman who was always working alongside her. I worked in the hotel industry for almost 20 years, and I would have loved to have had these two on my team. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
Our room was perfect—spacious, clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and most of the breakfast staff was friendly. The only minor issue was that one of the taller ladies working there was constantly on the phone with earbuds in. I felt uncomfortable asking her a question because I didn't want to interrupt what seemed like a personal conversation.
The pool and fitness room were both very nice, and the hotel's location couldn't have been better. It was close to everything we wanted to do.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay here again!"
