"The front desk (Caroline) and breakfast person (male fellow) were great. Caroline was very personable and shared experiences of the safety of the hotel and area. She offered the sauna and other workout amenities which we were not aware of, and I used them! The other front desk receptionist (male with a beard) was also very helpful in figuring out the bathroom heater rack for drying clothes. I would come back again!"

"Really nice character property. 10 mins walk to centre, close to public transport. Reception staff probably the best ever. Really pleasant and attentive. Nice room, comfy bed. We had a standard room with probably the smallest bathroom ever, so you may prefer an upgrade. Nice breakfast, served at your table rather than a buffet. Nice omelettes. Recommended. "
