He hold my luggage and not let me take, because he said my kid has tore off the toilet curtain. And then when we agreed to settle the bill, when my Grab car is arrive, he talked to the driver in local language then the driver leave immediately. "Great accommodation ,friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, pool with swim up bar and fantastic location. Amazing pillows and huge comfy beds. Close to shopping, bars and the beach. Great entertainment including the drag shows. Staff now greet us with “welcome home” as we’ve stayed there many times. "

accomodation. Delicious freshly cooked breakfasts and accomodating staff. It was surprisingly quiet considering its position on Legian street, close by to night clubs etc. The water pressure was very low and hot water took ages to come through. this is our only feedback to the venue. "
