This cute beach cottage is located on a beach access, just a few steps across the dune from the ocean, on a secluded non-accessible property with car parking. The house is simple but bright and friendly. Living room with dining table, sofa and kitchenette. One double bedroom followed by a simple shower room. A small bedroom with pull-out sofa bed. 1 toilet.
The house is located on the road that leads to the top of Cap Ferret. Distance to the ocean 300 m, shops and restaurants 1.8 km.
