The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Even though the hotel is close to a railway line, the trains didn't disturb the silence at all. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety."

"Clear check-in instructions received that were easy to follow. Room was clean. 2x bottles of drinking water were in the room which was appreciated. A nice breakfast included and I believe parking may have been free but I forgot about this and paid to stay in the pay'n'display car park across the road. Excellent value for money. Great location if attending events in Cleethorpes."
