"Claire was beyond helpful. She figured out the metro stops for us and provided free parking since we DID NOT want to drive in Paris. The beds and sofa bed were comfy. The shower was hot and the towels were soft. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony and hot tub were wonderful! Claire asked what time to bring breakfast and showed up with a basket of fruits, jellies, fresh baked goods, and more. We felt so spoiled. The neighborhood was safe and we walked around without fear. "We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."

"We had a great four night stay at this hotel. All the comforts of home and the best view of the Eiffel Tower. You have to splurge for the Studio with balcony Eiffel Tower view but it was well worth it! The little table and chairs on the balcony looking at the tower was used everyday.
