Villa Emma is a newly renovated stone built villa located in Sivota, overlooking the bay and the endless blue!

It's 120sqm and it comprises of 3 bedrooms with in-built en-suites for ultimate privacy, an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with a fireplace, 43'' smart TV and a wonderful outdoor living area and pool overlooking the sea.

Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor leading out to the pool area. One of these bedrooms has a double bed while the other has two single beds. The third bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor off the kitchen/living/dining area which leads on to a balcony overlooking the bay. Let's not forget that all the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms! The fold out sofas in the living room can sleep two people.

Located on the first floor, as mentioned above, are the kitchen/living and dining area, all of which are open planned leading off on to a fabulous balcony with a spectacular view of the bay below and the sea! The kitchen is fully equipped allowing our guests to prepare meals with ease and convenience or simply enjoying coffee made with our espresso coffee machine! There is a 43'' smart TV in the living room for entertainment. The living room accommodates 6 people with ease whether seated on the sofas or at the dining table. The decor is simple, functional and pleasing to the eye!

Outdoors, our guests will find a fabulous pool, stone patio, a pergola for shade, a barbecue area for outdoor entertainment, outdoor furniture such as bean bag chairs, sun loungers and a sofa set. The parking space is within the gated area of the villa and can easily accommodate up to three vehicles.

The view from the villa is to die for! It is 'spectacular' in all sense of the word! Come and simply enjoy! This will definitely be a holiday to remember!

Sivota bay is super popular with yachties as the village is built around this natural harbour. A gem well worth discovering!!
There are hills located amphitheatrically around the harbour, dotted with luxurious villas giving this village a flair of opulence.
Around the harbour our guests will find a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. There are also convenient stores such as super markets, bakeries, souvenir shops for that last minute shopping and an ATM machine.

Our guests are absolutely free to make any queries they wish regarding their stay. We are more than willing to recommend recreational activities to do, concierge services, rentals both car and boat, where to go and what to see. We will be more than happy to be of assistance.
