Πολύ κοντά στα Μουσεία , δίπλα στον πεζόδρομο ( ΄΄Αγορά΄΄) με τα μαγαζιά , τα ουζερί και τις ταβέρνες. Μόνο 60 μέτρα από το Δημοτικό πάρκινγκ , 3 λεπτά μακριά από μεγάλα super market και όλα αυτά με τα πόδια. Απέχει 1,5 - 2 χιλιόμετρα από τις παραλίες ΄΄κάστρο΄΄ , ''γύρα'' , '' Άι Γιάννης ΄΄ '' Μύλοι '' κ.α.
Το Sweet Home διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια , μεγάλη σαλονοτραπεζαρία , κουζίνα , μπάνιο με μπανιέρα , 2 air condition , μπαλκόνια και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 6 άτομα.
