We had a family reunion and the house had everything we needed for big dinners on the shores of the lough or in inclimate weather, eating indoors. Oughterard is very easy to get to from Galway on a new road that makes the journey quick. (about 30 mins) The town itself is lovely with nice food options for eating out. "What a magical space, as soon as we entered the property all the stress and worries just dissapeared, the views are jaw dropping . A lovely space to just sit at one of the many windows or outside balcony with a nice glass of wine or cup of tea and just relax and watch the world go by.
