"Only minor complaint was the distance to walk from the airport shuttle drop off/pick up point to the actual hotel. I am getting older, my case was heavy, and I was tired from travel. I expected the meeting point to be very close to the front door of the hotel and not at the parking garage."

"Nice airport hotel. Perfect if you have to catch a morning flight from FRA and you don't want to rely on DB for being ontime (which you absolutely shouldn't.) Perhaps the hotel could give better directions for those who want to walk from the airport to the hotel and back. Googlemaps does a bad job of that, directing you to places that are unsafe for pedestrians, and there aren't any signs posted for foot traffic either, even though there are sidewalks and pedestrian traffic lights. I got lost both going to the hotel from the airport train station and from the hotel to the airport terminal. It was a blemish on an otherwise perfect stay."
