"This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

"This was a really interesting property and a great place to stay, tucked away in the hills of Pittsburgh. The garage was a little hard to find in the dark and rain (it's down the street from the property, not directly across the street) but we thought everything was really comfortable. The kitchen had a ton of amenities. We were sorry we weren't staying longer. We'll be bavk!"

"The apartment was very nicely decorated and very clean. However, it is not for anyone with mobility issues as there is a full flight of stairs leading to it. Also it states it sleeps 4 but there were no linens for the small fold out bed."

"The property appeared to be somewhat of a work in progress near the lobby area, but everything about checking in, using my front door pin, getting my keys and finding my room was seamless. It's also worth noting that all of the common spaces downstairs were fully furnished & clean and stocked with coffee pods, vending machines and such, it was just some surrounding areas that were still under construction it seemed - but none of it affected my stay at all, just something I observed. The room...

"Super cute, clean. Parking was easy & off street. Only downside was the entrance opens out to a (fairly busy) street; not the worst - but something to be mindful of if you have a small child or a dog who likes to run out of the door. Overall, I would stay here again!"

"My family stayed there while we visited our dying grandmother. We were all so happy about the experience we wish we could’ve extended the rental but unfortunately they were all booked. There is a full side fridge and tv in every room which made it feel like we were at home. It’s about a 10-15 min drive to the UPMC Presbyterian hospital which was perfect. We would stay there again. "
