The cozy RV sleeps up to 4 guests. Bringing more than four people? No problem. You’re welcome to pitch a tent on the property. Relax in the included saltwater jacuzzi, eat at the picnic table, and gather around the fire pit — firewood provided!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors and return the keys
Lockbox code sent before check-in. Lock gate for privacy. Please shower and rinse feet before every jacuzzi use or risk losing your deposit. Place cover back after each use.
Do not remove linens from beds or sofa. Use a cover if sleeping on or placing pets on the sofa bed. Towels go in the shower. Throw out trash in the bin. Leave the property clean,
Guests may pitch a tent. If it's larger than 4 guest, just let us know. Respect quiet hours and surrounding areas. Supervise children, and they are not allowed on jacuzzi without an adult present.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pet sitting On-Site $20/hr +$5/hr for each additional pet Off-Site $35 for half-day up to 4hrs $60 for full day up to 8 hrs
💰 Security Deposit Policy Fully refundable as long as no damage is caused and the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
