"Just a perfect amazing experience from the second you walk in the door. Beautiful historic building. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The wine and cheese happy hour with piano player was fantastic. Room was incredible - we stayed in Treetop Suite and I highly recommend. Breakfast was gourmet and cooked to order. We noticed most guests have been coming there for many years - I can see why. Add us to that list of regulars!"

"Read reviews about checking in & was worried. I had no problem. Called the phone # - lady answered right away. Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. We'll definitely stay here again"

"We had a great stay, thank you! Everything was great as all accommodations were met and other than getting food from the local nearby grocery store and our own personal things, nothing more was needed. Everything went so smoothly, other than our two dogs being home sick and whining at times, which ended up entailing a 7 hour round trip back home to leave them there with a sitter as we felt it was too much for our little fur babies to endure being in a strange place without us and better to return them home. We were then able to enjoy adventuring to the nice little Main Street in Lee and exploring Springfield, Salem and Boston. It is always a joy making memories while vacationing with our adult children once a year and will definitely entertain the thought of returning as there was a lot left to see at the destinations we visited. Upon every return from our adventures and back at the house, we were able to relax and toast s’mores over a nice camp fire in the wonderful provided fire pit area and then gather in the cozy living room to watch a movie before turning in for the night in the cozy comfy beds. Checking in and checking out were both a breeze! Thank you again for a great stay and for assisting with yet another wonderful Case family vacation! "

"There were three of us visiting another friend that lived nearby... there was lots of space for us, two sitting areas/living rooms-a great kitchen. Right in the middle of town. And we were able to bring our beloved pup. Highly recommend."

"We were a group of 6 friends who were looking for a place to stay while we explored the Berkshires and visited Miraval Resort & Spa. Ala’s house was absolutely perfect. I am not exaggerating when I say this is one the best rental properties I have stayed at so far. Wonderfully well-appointed and beautifully designed, while being extremely clean (which was so important to all of us)! Ala was incredibly responsive to all my questions during the booking process and stay.
