"The location of this property is excellent, close to the old town square and shopping. The host was nice and easy to communicate. However, the apartment was not very clean, the couch was full of stains and cigarette burns, one of the bedroom sheets was dirty, the floors were dirty. Definitely needs some TLC. "

"This is not a luxury flat but it is a comfortable living space in a non tourist part of Belgrade within a 10-15 minute walk of the high priced pedestrian area that everyone seems so interested in. "When checking in with may family we encountered a significant hygiene lapse within the room, discovering an inappropriate item near the bed that compromised the overall cleanliness standards. "Very comfortable and clean apartment in downtown area. Grocery store is across the street, coffee shop downstairs. Screens on the windows would be a great improvement, keeping out the bugs. The apartment had instructions on how to operate certain appliances but did not have any for exhaust hood. The fuse blew one day but they responded to the email and fixed it . Would recommend it to friends."

"Awful experience :( I contacted them days before and mentioked my check in time was later and they saod fine its 24 hours. I arrived in the evening and there was no oje there, managed to ring them and they said not available. Had to cancel, fortunately ibfot a full refund but had to then find alternative accommodation at 10pm at night! Ruined the trip."

"It’s a cute apt with a lot of character. Great location within waking distance to everything. The only drawback is it’s on a street with a lot of restaurants and bars meaning earplugs are require until 3 am. Around 5 am the street cleaners come through. If you planning on staying out late, then this probably isn’t an issue. "
