Features include dishwasher, reverse cycle air conditioning, outdoor patio at the rear of the property with an enclosed back yard. Within walking distance to the beach.

    This property strictly sleeps 8. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property.

    Pets Allowed with owner approval. Pet bond applicable $250.

    Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made.

    No school leavers or under 25 adult groups.

    Guests are to supply their own sheets and towels - Linen Hire is available on request.

    Ledge Point is a charming fishing village located 10 minutes drive south of Lancelin. Ledge offers beautiful sugary-white beaches stretching for as far as the eye can see. The village was established to service the local cray fishing industry and has evolved into a beautiful beach-side getaway. Ledge offers an interesting mix of traditional and modern beach house, chalet, caravaning and camping accommodation.

    This part of WAs coast is recognised internationally as one of the great windsurfing venues. In January each year they hold the prestigious Ledge Point to Lancelin Ocean Classic, which draws enthusiasts from around the world.

    Sport and entertainment in the village centres on the Country Club, with its golf course, bowling greens and tennis facilities.

    Just south of the village is where the Dutch East Indies ship, the Vergulde Draeck, or Gilt Dragon, went down after striking reefs in 1646. Some 70 mariners were marooned ashore, never to be rescued.

The house was amazing, it has a fully equipped kitchen a nice back area where kids can play.

The place has a very good accessibility, beach and in the area of Lancelin. It has a complete Kitchen facility that we loved. Overall, We were very happy with our stay.

Clean and Tidy

Great Place to stay, 4X2 but neither bathroom is connected to a room as ensuite, that would be my only note, still great place to stay, heaps of room. very tidy.

Property was quite dirty we had to clean the toilets and just overall not great. Outside room has probably not seen a vacuum in a while and unfortunately the bed broke the first night we were there. Messaged the property manager and got no response. So we slept on the floor with the mattress the last night. Nice quiet area and great for unplugging and just relaxing.

No need to BYO baking paper or cling wrap, for example. There’s an even games cupboard. And the backyard is so shady and secure, perfect for young kids like mine.The beach is a 5 minutes walk, general store about 10. Great location.The property manager is easily contactable, responsive, lovely and so helpful.My only minor gripe was no where to hang clothes, so bring your own coat hangers and hang off hooks that are on the backs of the doors, if you’ve got a shirts or dresses.We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others. The 4th bedroom is separate to the rest of the house, with its own entrance (and it’s huge) so would suit grandparents, another couple or a teenage retreat. The second bathroom is also added on with an outside entry, which is fantastic for showers after returning from the beach so you don’t drag sand through the house. Thanks for a wonderful property, I particularly enjoyed the garden and foraged the herbs for our meals and garnishes on cocktails. :)

Clean well equipped property in a quiet area

We enjoyed our stay in this property. However, some notes need to be considered by the owner: - TV did not work - Only 4 dishwashing tablets for 4 days for 8 people! - Not enough chairs for dining table for 8 people. The foldable chairs do not suite the dining table.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I with another couple thoroughly enjoyed our relaxed stay at Ledge Point in CVHH's house.The house had everything that a home away from home could want. Short drive or a longer stroll to the beach for fishing, fantastically maintained 9 hole golf course that proved to challenge our boys,there is a bowls club too, lovely pub meal at the country club, close to Lancelin or Seabird for a drive for lunch. Altogether a fabulous 3 days!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyable stay in a lovely location. The property was neat and tidy however be aware towels and bed sheets and not provided. Guests must provide their own or arrange beforehand for these to be provided at extra cost. We did not realise this upon booking, and as such this was an inconvenience for us. We also were not provided the check in details until after the time/date of check in. We were making phone calls and waitimg around on the day of checkin for communication of this information. Other than those two issues our stay was great. Nice quiet seaside town and there are various other places to explore only a short drive away.

We had a really good time, although didn't like seeing a cockroach in one of the beds as wse were making it when we first got there. Good location, near the beach, but a pity about the blue bottle stingers that were all washed up on the beach.

Home away from home

Ideal setting for 2 families. Great living areas and very comfortable beds. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking supplies (cookware and crockery). Very nice back yard. Highly recommended

Great Location and Very Clean

Our family had a very enjoyable stay. The house is perfectly located to access all Ledge has the offer. The house was very clean and well equipped. The seperate bedroom and bathroom at the rear of the house would be perfect for teens or in-laws!!! Great communication from property manager, would definitely stay again!

A perfect holiday house for a family

The house was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for 2 families and a great little backyard for a game of Boule. It was quiet, a 2 min walk to the beach and close to Lancelin.

Good job

We found the place very neat and fully fuctional. I had a problem with the keys as there were plenty to try and sort out which locks they fit with no lables on them and locks were a bit stiff to work.
