"Ualmindelig dårlig service. Det var ingen til at tage imod os, da vi ankom kl. 16:30, selvom der stod i app’en, at man kunne tjekke ind fra kl. 15. Vi ringede til det tlf.nr., der stod på døren, og fik oplyst vores værelsesnr., og at nøglen sad i døren. Så langt så godt. Vi blev bedt om at sende vores pas-nr. på sms, så vi kunne blive tjekket ind, hvilket vi blankt afviste - hvad tænkte hun dog på.
