This modern and comfortable holiday home is located in the southern Allgäu region of Bavaria, just 20km from the Austrian border. In addition to many other sights such as castles and ruins, Neuschwanstein Castle, built by King Ludwig II, and Hohenschwangau Castle are in the immediate vicinity. This house is also an ideal starting point for sports activities such as cycling, mountain biking, hiking and climbing. Your 55m² apartment is in a quiet location but still only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Lechbruck am See. The apartment has a private ground-level entrance on the outside. Also suitable for seniors and the disabled. In the garden you have your own terrace with garden furniture, barbecue facilities and a swing. Lechbruck am See in the Allgäu offers an enormous amount of leisure activities. For example the magnificent Gsteig golf course or the new swimming area along the Lechsee. The nearby Tannheimer or Ammergau mountains are perfect for going climbing, hiking and skiing. And if the weather is bad, visit the Königliche Kristall thermal baths in Schwangau.

Um unseren Urlaub zu beschreiben, muss ich erst ein mal sagen das man viel sehen kann in der Umgebung, Lechbruck ist ein sehr schöner Ort und die Gegend lädt zu vielen Ausflügen ein. Allerdings ist die Ferienwohnung leider sehr abgewohnt, das Bad müsste Gründlich renoviert werden(Schimmel, etc) es lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Die Küchenmöbel sind sind genauso wie die Badmöbel alt und teilweise kaputt. Das Schlafzimmer war okay und auch das Zimmer unserer Jungs war in Ordnung, man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Unsere Terrassetür war kaputt, um auf unsere Terrasse zu kommen mussten wir außen entlang laufen. Alles in allem hatte die Ferienwohnung eine schöne Größe und wenn der Vermieter es sich zu Herzen nimmt und die Verbesserung tätigt, ist dort ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt möglich.

Wir müssten ein wenig suchen um das Haus zu finden. Die Adresse / Karte in der Mail war die richtige. Doch die auf dem PDF hat sogar Google verwirrt. Das Layout der Wohnung ist groß artig. Die Wohnkücke bildet den Mittelpunkt und von den zwei abgetrennten Zimmern aus kommt man. Sich nicht in die Quere. Top

Correcte, vriendelijke ontvangst. Het appartement is voor 2 personen zeker ruim genoeg, het is goed ingericht en volledig in orde. We hebben van de omgeving genoten, van de natuur en van de uitstapjes naar de kastelen en de Zugspitse. Het verblijf ligt aan de rand van het dorp en is rustig. Supermarkt en al wat je nodig hebt is toch in de buurt.

Voorafgaan contact was prettig, ook ter bevestiging dat alles in orde was. Verhuurder woont naast het huurhuis. Aankomst prima geregeld. Accomodatie was netjes, schoon en goed verzorgd. Toilet ging kapot, maar dit werd uitstekend en snel gerepareerd. Goed terras met zonwering en prima (lig)stoelen. Tegenover het pand zit iets waar af en toe een vleugje putlucht vandaan komt. Niet constant, maar soms wel vervelend als je buiten op het terras zit. Mooie omgeving waar ruim voldoende te beleven valt.

Mooie accommodatie, met 2 kleine kinderen is het eigenlijk iets te klein omdat de kinderkamer gelijk je woonkamer is, en je ‘s avonds dus niet meer op de bank kunt zitten. prima vermaakt genoeg te zien en beleven in de omgeving.

Huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruim genoeg voor ons tweeën. Omgeving is schitterend, je hebt er oa de langste hangbrug highline179 bij Reute net over de grens in Oostenrijk, kasteel Neuschwanstein, Zugspitze, Tegelbergbahn en niet te vergeten de meren bij Lechbruck zelf zijn fantastisch om een (rond)wandeling te maken. Leuke restaurants en de V-markt is een fijne winkel waar je van alles kunt kopen. Met de gästekarte kun je gratis met het openbaar vervoer en krijg je een kleine korting bij diverse bezienswaardigheden.
