"No smoke alarms in the property felt unsafe staying with children looks nice in pictures everywhere was grubby kitchen needed a good clean and bedroom had a radiator unattached to wall when travelling with kids this is very concerning! Couldnt sleep all night with the people Above bouncing round till after 3am Having to travel 3 flights of stairs with a pensioner shouls be mentioned on the booking information. "

"Du côté location, le parking privatif est un point très important, par contre les remontées d'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain sont désagréables. Autrement l'appartement est fonctionnel, et bien équipé. Du côté touristique, Roubaix et ses alentours proposent une gamme très variés de sorties, de visite en tout genre. "Het water in de jacuzzi was veel te heet (42 graden) en rook beslist niet fris. Na een half uurtje in de jacuzzi te hebben gezeten dreven er allemaal zwarte vlokjes in die uit de installatie werden gespoten. De deur van de slaapkamer kon niet dicht zodat je het gebrom van de jacuzzi de hele nacht hoorde. Bed omgeschoven (erg zwaar) en nog bleef het geluid duidelijk hoorbaar dus slecht geslapen al was het een heerlijk bed. De volgende ochtend een zere keel van de lucht (van het water) ook al...

"Le logement est très bien situé, pratique d'accès. Il est bien agencé, bien décoré et plutôt propre. Chambre confortable et bien isolé. Seul bémol : une odeur nauséabonde était présente dans les toilettes, et elles n'étaient pas très propres (humidité notamment)."

"Useful for visiting Lille for the RWC. Coverted garage which was a little basic but ok. Photos show two double beds but that was not the case with one room having bunks. Bit of an issue with wi fi on first visit but ok on the second. Property looks like it has been subject to previous forced entry which made for a slightly nervous stay when going out for the day"
