"A great place to stay! Nothing missed (maybe an elevator, but the stairs was not to bad). We had bad weather and stayed in a lot, plenty of space and cozy."

"Villa Helena is a spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished villa in a stunning location with marvellous views of Lecco and Lake Como. The Villa has its own garden with outdoor dining facilities and wifi is excellent. The Villa is as good, if not better, than the photos suggest. Although approximately 5 kms from Lecco centre a car is not essential as a reliable bus service is available with a bus stop nearby. Owner, Elena, and the gardener, Gigi, live on site. They are not intrusive but they are extremely welcoming and both go out of their way to assist when required. Highly recommended."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large with a nice bathroom, a big balcony facing the lake and the mountains. The view was peaceful, the lake was serene, and the common areas were tidy and pretty. Lecco was much less congested than Como, but if you wanted to go to Como, it was only a 35 minute drive with amazing views. I recommend this hotel. "

"about 15/20 mins walk from the station this clean, secure, sun-soaked & spacious apartment is in a very spacious & green modern development overlooking the town, the Lake, and the mountains beyond The underground car parking is similarly well laid out. It is well connected, as within an hour you can travel to Como by bus for 3 Euros and to Milan or /Bergamgo for 4 euros by train which has the line extended alongside the lake to the southern end of the Alps The kitchen & BBQ are very well equipped and eating out is convenient with a choice of al fresco dining from 10 to 15 euros depending on the number of courses. Water, wine & coffee included"

"The apartment was clean and comfortable but there were a few issues with wifi etc. We found staff to be rude and communication was poor. Be very careful when booking as we booked for 3 people however were told that hadn’t come through on their system and were charged for a third person upon arrival, this seemed to be happening to other people too. Extra charges seemed common. "
