"The hotel is in a great location very near the city’s historic center. It’s nicely decorated, clean & the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is quite good. The rooms are New York City small. The hotel’s biggest asset is its young staff… super friendly & helpful. If I get back to Florence I would definitely stay here again."

"Picked this hotel because I wanted to be close to my next destination which was “the Airport” which was 5min on the Taxi. . (I had an early flight to my next destination and wanted to make sure I was near airport. Hotel was CLEAN, smelled good and looks in good conditions. Hotel staff was always FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. Hotel staff always helped us calling a taxi and they arrived as little as 5min. Super market walking distance just in case you want drinks, snack or whatever else. Near by eating places. Hotel was also close to Train Station Firenze S.M.N like around 10-12min I would say. I am not a person to give surveys but this time I did and gave it 5 stars because I really did like the Hotel very much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
