I will not believe hotels.com another time

There were bedbugs in the bed and also on the ground, so didn't clean the room and rented again knowing the issue... No words And Hotels.com didn't do anything They told me sorry , is not our business

The property said they didn't get our booking from Expedia, even though we had confirmation and had pre-paid for the room. They tried to move us to another hotel but we had pre-paid and they also had an upgraded room available in the same property. When I refused they put us in the upgraded room.

Very run down property. The condition of the bathroom was desperate, the shower did not work and although we were assured it would be fixed, nobody came. The soap/shampoo dispenser was broken, the towels were over used and had holes. Beds super narrow. A/C old and not function properly. No cleaning service during the 3 days we were there. All in all, my advice is: stay somewhere else.

Not even near to the description and pictures published. We were 6 people, so we rented 3 different rooms for 3 nights. None of them were good. No kitchen or sitting area at all, narrow beds, awful worn-out frayed towels and bed sheets. There was no soap in the bathroom, the shower did not work, and though we complained, nobody came to fix anything. Nobody at the reception except when we arrived, and nobody to talk to anywhere, never. Cheap property, with zero deference or respect for its guests.

Mirage in name, mirage in nature. When we arrived we were told there was no booking, then when we pointed out we were expecting an apartment, not a room, we were told we’d have to pay extra. Then we showed them a copy of our booking, they admitted that the apartment had a plumbing problem and was not available. They put us in a terrible room with a broken shower door and missing toilet seat. Room hadn’t been cleaned properly. We complained and were moved the next day to an apartment (not the one we booked) but it had a bath/shower. We had specified a separate shower, so we had to make the best of it. We were in Lecce for 3 days and the accommodation left a sour taste. One staff member was helpful but the one who checked us in was terrible.

God beliggenhed centralt i Lecce også var det billigt. Svare hurtigt for på whatsapp. Køkken er ubrugeligt, hvis du ik vil betale ekstra for service på trods af reklame med billeder af køkken. Sengetæppe og puder er hullet eller lappet. Flersproget personale kunne ikke engelsk. Fandt aldrig ud af at tænde for varmen.

La ubicación muy buena, la cama matrimonial bastante incomoda, el aire acondicionado de la habitación matrimonial no enfriaba nada, la mayor sorpresa es que para poder utilizar la cocina te cobran un extra de 15 euros por dia y eso no lo informa en la publicación. No dispones ni siquiera de un hervidor electrico para calentar agua y no dispones ni siquiera de un vaso para tomar agua. Me parece terrible. Tampoco vi que haya un spa como dice en las indicaciones ni servicio de lavanderia pago.

A volte basta poco

Tenendo presente che il buono per la colazione al bar lo lasciavano facendo le camere, per ben due giorni consecutivi non sono venuti a fare la camera come previsto. Il cambio degli asciugamani solo una volta nella settimana, sostituiti con altri puliti ma tutti sfilacciati. Lenzuola bucate.

MAIII PIUUUU QUIIII! Inizia ttt con la mia chiamata per concordare l'orario del check-in, che la ragazza mi comunica la disdetta della mia stanza per errato nr. della carta di pagamento inserita in fase di prenotazione. Da premettere che 6-7 giorni prima Expedia mi ha sollecitato il problema via mail al quale ho provveduto a reinserire i dati e ho chiamato in struttura per comunicarlo. Mi hanno liquidata (il B&b) che se ci fossero stati problemi di nuovo mi sarebbe arrivata una seconda mail (Mai arrivata). Prenoto la stanza con supplemento rispetto al prezzo iniziale (dove vado a prenotare 1 ora e poco piu dall'arrivo). La ragazza mi accompagna in stanza, apre e dice "buon soggiorno" senza farmi vedere la stanza e darmi le informazioni base. Nell'esplorare noto la sporcizia a terra e sui mobili. Letti rifatti in fretta. Per non parlare del momento in cui ho deciso di fare la doccia. Avevano probabilmente un problema alla caldaia (l'ho avuto anch'io a casa e il termine è problema allo scambiatore precisamente). Capelli lavati nel lavandino e doccia corpo fatta fredda in attesa del tecnico per la risoluzione del problema (mai arrivato) Ciliegina sulla torta: in stanza era pieno di moscerini (alcuni intrappolati nel paralume) e zanzare che chiaramente nella notte mi hanno riempito di baci 😀 (mani e viso).

La struttura è situata in una posizione ottimale per visitare la città a piedi, tuttavia la camera da noi prenotata presentava delle carenze, che seppur apparentemente di poca importanza, avrebbero fatto la differenza. Non erano presenti comodini ai lati del letto ne possibilità di accendere/spegnere la luce una volta a letto. Non vi era un posa valige che abbiamo tenuto a terra. Abbiamo dovuto staccare il mini frigo che faceva un rumore molto fastidioso. Non ci è stato concesso di lasciare i bagagli oltre il check out.
