Villa Reginella is a beautiful, recently built villa with swimming pool located in an elegant residential area on the outskirts of Lecce, less than ten minutes by car from the centre. The structure was conceived as a place to spend time together, with family or friends. Villa Reginella is the perfect solution for holidays in Puglia, in the name of relaxation and light-heartedness.

The housing part consists of 3 completely independent nuclei (Reginella Suite; Reginella Deluxe and Reginella Padronale), which can be rented together or separately.

Overall, Villa Reginella offers 6 double bedrooms, one of which is quadruple, 5 bathrooms with shower, ideal for 16 people.

Interior

Reginella Suite: the apartment is on the first floor and consists of a comfortable double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower cubicle, relaxation corner with a 140cm wide French bed, sofa and TV corner, living room with equipped kitchen.

The bedroom leads to a large balcony equipped with a table and sitting areas to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. You enter the house in the living-dining room. Sleeps 4.

Reginella Deluxue: the Deluxe apartment is a large and comfortable apartment located below ground level, with access via a staircase. It offers an outdoor area equipped with a table, armchairs and a gazebo, onto which the bedroom, living room and kitchen overlook with large windows. This charming apartment in a villa in Lecce consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double and one family sleeps 4), well-equipped eat-in kitchen with table and chairs, large living room with fireplace, sofa bed, table and chairs. Sleeps 6

Reginella Padronale: Furnished with taste and attention to detail, it is the largest apartment with a large equipped veranda overlooking the pool.

The living area stands out for being very bright, and consists of a well-equipped kitchen; a large bright living room furnished with a lounge, fireplace, table and chairs. A hallway divides the sleeping area consisting of: 3 double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms with shower. Adjacent to the living room is a large veranda for exclusive use, well equipped with sofa and outdoor table. Sleeps 6.

The price includes: Property delivered fully cleaned and equipped with linens, utilities (water, gas for cooking, electricity), Wi-Fi, and bicycles available, welcome basket and courtesy kit, change of linen and towels midweek (for weekly stays).
ON REQUEST: mandatory extra cleaning in case of presence of kennel-trained animals (€60 each), breakfast €10 per person, cot €30, extra cleaning, heating (on consumption with prices in force at the time of rental), extra linen, private chef in the villa, pre-arrival grocery shopping, cellar of selected wines.
Refundable security deposit €1500 exclusively by credit card. The sums will be released 48 hours after check out.
