" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."

"Thank you for a wonderful stay at Arryvo in beautiful Lecce. Really easy to find, with a 10 minute walk from the station. And a lovely warm welcome on arrival. I really liked the modern style of the hotel, and yet you can step out the back door straight into the winding streets of the historic centre of Lecce. The a la carte breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of delicious choices, great coffee, and served with a smile. Great air-conditioned rooms and comfy beds for a good night sleep. Hopefully I'll be back again soon."

"Everything was excelent unless 2 items, one was the bathtub drain, was not working properly and it was a hole on the blanket for all my stay."

"Staying at Casa Mamma Elvira's was like staying with a great friend. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with such friendly reception. The room was spacious and clean with a nice cool air conditioning. It is the perfect location to get to all of the major attractions in the city. Parking is difficult, and I'd suggest just right away parking in the overnight lot nearby. It is managed with security, so you do not have to worry about your car. The breakfast was such a delight! Not only was the food delicious, they were genuinely happy to serve us and we were able to have wonderful conversation. This is a hotel that knows true hospitality!"
