Only complaint was there were minimal towels available and 1/2 bath had paper towel dispenser instead of towel bar for a hand towel, which was not the best to dry my face after nighttime washing. The thermostat automatically changed back to 63 every night, so had to keep an eye on that as it was quite chilly when we were there."

"Beautiful place for 8 women cyclists riding the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trails out if Xenia Station. Mattresses and bedding were super comfortable for sleeping after 50+ mile rides. The house is a beautifully remodeled farmhouse with big eat in kitchen making it great to connect with the group as we cooked and ate. Super comfortable. "Let me just say this rental was way more than we could have expected. There were 9 in our party and we had plenty of room. The kids and young adults loved the downstairs and spent most of their time there. The two bathrooms were adequately stocked with towels and toiletries for us. The host reached out several times during our short two-day stay to make sure we had settled in and to make sure we didn't need anything!! The location was perfect not too far from anything. Quiet neighborhood!!!"

"the area was perfect, no noise, quiet neighborhood, you don't even know that you have neighbors, I stayed for the weekend with my wife, we went to the riverboat ride, and also the Cincinnati zoo , It was close to both, Restaurants all around, The Host Jeanne has a book detailing everything, The house itself, has hardwood floors and woodworking throughout the house, her flowerbed, is relaxing. "Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. "

"We were very pleased with the house, entry and exit were very easy! The house was clean and tidy and there was plenty of room to park two trucks. The only down side was that the neighbors were not very respectful late at night with revving car engines at 3:00am and some drunken shouting at the same time. That in no way was our hosts fault.
