"What a major disappointment this place turned out to be on our return visit here! Unfortunately, just about everything we had enjoyed on our first stay at this hotel was absent on our most recent (and very last!) experience at this property . . . To say that we were underwhelmed by the housekeeping service and cleanliness of the facilities is a major understatement, and the host of shady characters we saw hanging around in the area of our room and loitering in the parking lot was just unnerving...

"I had a handicap accessible non-smoking room. The chairs were hard. The bed was nothing but a mattress on top of a thin springs that every time you sit on the bed, it felt like you were in a barn, and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable to be handicap accessible they still had nothing but a bathtub with handlebars to get in and out of the tub person with a wheelchair could not get into it just like me I couldn't take a shower because I could not lift my legs up underneath the bathtub instead...
