"Overall good staff! Some of the front desk staff could not answer questions about hotel amenities and local services. The weekday breakfast staff Wednesday-Sunday was amazing she was knowledgeable and was able to share what to do with us around the area and downtown!!! Information about the downtown shuttle wasn’t shared with us, we found out when it showed up for others! It was an amazing service that should be shared with all guests!! We used it everyday once we knew about it!!!"

"No staff around when we showed up. Waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. I even called the property to try and contact someone and we just heard the phone ring. Door to our room was bent…had to put my weight into it to get it to lock. Right by highway so lots of road noise."
