"Although the location is lovely I Messaged the owner a day before our stay to ask about the check in process. He then informed me not even 24 hours before our stay that the pool would not be open. I explained how this is the only reason we booked but he was extremely unsympathetic. The owner knew about the pool not working a week before but decided not to tell us so we would no longer be eligible for a 50% refund. There was no form of compensation. Great hotel but poor breakfast

"Check in service was excellent and room large with a very comfortable bed. Only thing that let the hotel down for me was the breakfast - no real fresh fruit options and yoghurt was runny, coffee not the best so my advice would be to book this great hotel but have breakfast somewhere else."
