Although it is not a recently constructed home, it features two bedrooms with newly installed tile floors. Both bedrooms have two queen-size beds. A toddler bed is available upon request. There is a fold-out queen size couch and queen sized futon in the living area. Maximum Capacity of 12 people + a toddler in the main house and the annex can be rented at an additional charge of $150 per night. It adjoins the kitchen and sleeps an additional 7 guests. This quaint home is nestled on the banks of the Frio just below the headwaters. There is a minimum nightly stay depending on the season. So whether your thing is floating in a tube, snorkeling, or a little catch and release fishing this is a place for you.
We supply bedroom linens and beds for up to 12 guests in the main house and 7 guests in the annex and a toddler but don't forget your bath and kitchen linens as well as personal toiletries.
We have our own personal well water but not chlorinated. We suggest that you bring bottled water if you are not accustomed to nonchlorinated water. The kitchen is furnished with a large supply of cookware.
All refunds are based on a full calendar day from check in time and day booked. 60-Day cancellation policy for full refund. 30-day cancellation policy for 50% refund. No refund after 30 days prior to stay or for early check out. $1000.00 deposit for damages.
