Grand View Lodge with stunning views!

This gorgeous, custom built cabin is wonderfully decorated, with amazing mountain views and all the amenities you would want on vacation! Located on Terry Peak - 1 mile from the Ski Lodge, it's a great place to enjoy the year round activities in the Black Hills.

4 Bedrooms - 1 bedroom on the main level (King bed), 2 bedrooms in the upstairs level (1 queen ) and (2 bunks with full on bottom and twin on top)one bedroom on the lower level (queen bed). 3 full bathrooms - one on each level and a 1/2 bath on the main level.

The main level has a spacious kitchen featuring a gas stove in the center island and a built-in wall oven - perfect for family meals. The kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room are open to the living room and features a floor-to-ceiling, Rock fireplace in the center of it all. Large laundry room off the kitchen and walk-out deck with lots of seating.

The lower level has a spacious family room with pellet stove, pool table, flat screen TV, bar area and walk-out to the fabulous patio for outdoor entertaining. Lots of seating on the patio with 2 outdoor heaters, private hot tub and new propane fire table.

The lawn could use mowing, there were thistles, and some of the tiles were broken on the patio when we arrived. A nice location.

Beautiful view

3 couples stayed in the lovely home while we rode the trails around the lead area on side by sides. There was enough parking for the 3 trucks plus 3 trailers and our 3 side by sides. Plenty of room to spread out. Each couple took a floor so we had our own bathrooms. The view from the balcony off the kitchen was spectacular.

Loved the house and view and amenities (favorites were the fireplace and firepit, grill, and pool table) and especially the area, although the neighborhood was a little noisy and the property was not as seclude as we thought, we thoroughly enjoyed South Dakota, it is amazing and beautiful!

The exterior of the property had not been kept up, one of the rain gutters had fallen down and the weeds was over grown. Lived the house and all it conforts.
