"Check in process took forever and they immediately try to sell you on a timeshare because they can’t give you a parking pass at the same desk. They make you go to another desk and then they try and have you sit through a presentation. They weren’t sure if our room was ready even checking in after 4 pm. Our room had ants all over, blood stain on the wall, and the main pirate harbor and kiddie pool were closed but no one told us this when checking in. This was a main reason to stay here. Ended up having to pay for another water park since this one was closed. Complained about the ants and the blood stains, they sent someone to come clean the property and when we returned nothing was changed, nothing was clean, ants were still crawling all over the place. Also the upstairs bath had “jets” in it and while givin my daughter a bath, we hit the jets and black stuff came pouring out the jets. Not brown water or anything. Black stuff that looked like mold. Would not recommend staying here and I will never go back."

"The room was clean. The staff was excellent. The food was excellent checking into the room was a breeze took less than five minutes. If not quicker I just love that place. Stonecastle is a great place to stay and it’s very quiet even with all the people that was there it was still very peaceful. I didn’t even know they were there!"
