"We loved this house. We had a party of 5 adults and 4 kids. The grounds were perfect for the kids to run around and the adults to drink wine. Everything about the place was wonderful. It was luxurious, comfortable, well stocked and truly unique. The location is ideal - we loved walking to the quaint town of Oiartzun and the short drive to the fabulous streets San Sebastian. "Good overall experience. Heating instructions could be provided to make clear how to work the heating at outset and as underfloor heating takes a while to heat rooms this should be turned on before guests arrive."

Spectacular views even in the rain but when the sun shines it is amazing.
