"The hotel has a lot of architectural charm, and the rooms were clean, modern, and had all the essential basics. The small rooftop pool is a pleasant spot to relax, though it would be great if they offered drinks there and added more sunbeds. The lobby bar was okay, albeit a bit slow. I wasn't able to try the food or restaurant options during this visit."

"The staff were exceptional—they accommodated our request to switch to a different floor, which we really appreciated. We also accidentally left an item in our room after checking out. The hotel promptly contacted us, and we were able to pick it up when we returned to San Sebastián later that week. We were very grateful for their honesty and excellent service. The location is great and made it easy to explore the city. The only minor downside was the garbage bins at the front /side of the hotel, which slightly detracted from the entrance."

"Great location for access to the beach and to the old town as well as access to Gros. Checkin and checkout very efficient. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Room was a bit disappointing - shows signs of wear and windows do not open which is too bad. Booked a classic double room (some seemed to have balconies but not ours). Upstairs neighbors very noisy so difficult to sleep for 2 nights (soundproofing could be better bc we heard them walking around). Parking is a challenge - plan on adding 25-30 euro per day to the cost though you can find parking both in public parking and a private parking that the hotel works with. Hotel location is excellent so would recommend based on that."
