"Das Haus wurde nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter vorher gelüftet und gesäubert - zu unserer Ankunft war alles perfekt. Das Grundstück war frisch gemäht, ist riesig und hat sehr schöne Bäume. Zudem ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut, es wird sofort reagiert, wenn es um den Ersatz einer neuen Gasflasche, eines Grills oder um andere Probleme geht. Der Strand, Plage du Pin Sec ist weitläufig und auch in der Hauptferienzeit nicht überlaufen."

"Für uns drei Familien mit Hund der perfekte Urlaub! Ein tolles Haus mit großartiger Ausstattung. Alle Zimmer und Bäder gleich. In der Küche alle Utensilien vorhanden. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Der Weg zum Strand großteils schattig und abseits der Straße. Täglich Markt in Vensac, so dass wir uns mit den allerbesten Lebensmitteln eindecken konnten. Surfkurse, Radverlei, sehr gute Restaurants. Danke auch an Cécile für einen insgesamt perfekten Aufenthalt."

"This is a very special place in which the owners have invested a lot of care and attention. It is beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need. The decking, outside eating area, hammock and pool are all fantastic. Tennis courts across the road. We enjoyed cycling to the beach every day (4k) with our 3 children, we also enjoyed the cafe at the end of the road. The local spar shop is very well stocked. The owner Nicolas is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great holiday."

"Three days before leaving the UK we were contacted by the owner's agent saying we had to leave a large € deposit (now increased). I offered a credit card but they would only accept a cheque or cash. Appealed to owner who agreed to reduce but still had to leave a large amount in cash. Owner pointed out it was in his conditions. This is not communicated in the booking and I eventually I found it hidden, in French, in a sub menu, under House Rules, on the UK website. On departure we had to get to...

"Fabulous fisherman's cabin, just the place if you want to get away from noise and people. Was wonderful to sit on the front decking listening to the water, seabirds and nightingales Cabin fantastically well equipped for both cooking and eating. Beds were comfortable A simple, homely cabin. Not for you if you are used to 5* hotels. Fabienne was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome "

"Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans un très bel hébergement meublé et équipé avec soin. Idéal pour les vacances d'été, avec une piscine et l'océan Atlantique au coin de la rue. L'environnement est magnifique, les commerces variés. Le marché de Soulac-sur-Mer (Marché municipal) est fortement recommandé. Les plages sont spacieuses et peu fréquentées. Rien ne s'oppose à un voyage à Bordeaux. Nous reviendrons sûrement. La communication avec nos hôtes était très amicale, simple et toujours...

"Except for the cleanliness of the property on arrival, it was a good property and felt wonderfully secluded; the property was a good size for 2 families, although the bathrooms are on the small side. The patio area was perfect to listen to waves crash in to shore. Definitely recommend"

"Wir sind eine Famiie mit zwei Kindern, die begeistert waren von der Anlage mit Pool und dem Ferienort, in dem es viel entdecken gibt. Allein der Zoo ist wunderschön angelegt, wir haben den Klettergarten besucht und in dem Urlaubsort fußläufig alles gefunden, was wir zum Alltag brauchten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das war super. Die Gegend und die Strände dort sind sehr schön. La Rochelle ist nur eines von vielen Ausflugszielen, die...

"Lovely house ... lovely location.200 meters from the beach great local shops including marche de parc , well furnished house with plenty of character.. Accommodating 2 families (10 people in total) .. minor inconvenience being having to make up the beds on arrival after a long journey , the quality of the linen did not match the high standard expected for the money spent on renting the property.. also a a lack of towels despite being listed in inventory .. .. However we would all return to this...
